Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and ZINETEX LLC, organized under Iowa law, with its principal place of business at 6701 Corporate Dr Ste N, Johnston, IA 50131, USA. By using the ZINETEX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

2. Description of Service

ZINETEX provides a cloud-based SaaS platform for marketing agencies, including campaign management, client reporting, workflow automation, AI content creation, and analytics. Features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at security@zinetex.com.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: violate applicable law or third-party rights; send spam or engage in deceptive marketing; upload malware; reverse engineer the platform; resell the Service without written consent; harm or harass others; or interfere with the integrity of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all software, designs, and features created by ZINETEX are owned by ZINETEX LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZINETEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.
