2. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if you are a new customer requesting a refund within 30 days of your first payment, your account is in good standing, and the request is for your first billing period only.
The following are not eligible: renewal charges after the initial 30-day period; add-on services or one-time purchases; accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations; prorated amounts for plan downgrades; and free trial periods (no charge is made during trial).
3. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@zinetex.com with subject “Refund Request,” including your account email and reason. You may also call (319) 242-7673 during business hours. We will acknowledge within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 30-day guarantee on the full annual amount. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of your paid period.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Disputed charges via chargeback result in automatic account suspension. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly — please reach out first.
